Restaurant Review: Texas Roadhouse

There is a new kid on the block:

Food: Great food, the steak and chicken is very good.  However, the menu is kinda limited.
Service: Pretty good, considering it is new.
Ambiance: Not too bad, it reminds me of being in Texas... I dont know if that is a good thing or not?
Value: Not bad at all, the portions are what you would expect for the price, I suppose.

I agree that it is a good resturant, we had the steak and were pleasantly surprised.  The prices are pretty good, so I cant really complain.  The texas theme is a little far out there, but what do you expect from a place that has Texas in its name.

I really want to try Texas Roadhouse, but everytime I drive by it is packed.  The menu online looks awesome though, so I think I will just have to brave the crowds some night and give 'er a shot.

I assume that is is primarily steak and such?
