Training at the Wellness Center starts TODAY!!!!    Everyone is welcome to attend and don't worry about not being in shape.  It is open to all levels of fitness.  We would love to have everyone available to make it.  Look at Beek's post before this one for specific times each day. :)

For those who haven't joined the team at spinning before, please show up a little before so you can get your spin bike set up.  Warmup and cooldown will be incorporated into the time allotted so don't worry about budgeting time for that.  Feel free to bring your own shoes and pedals if you have them.

Workouts will be defined by the needs of the team on that particular day; depending on the number of instructors we have, there will be a mix of easy and hard days throughout the week.  Saturday is the long day, so if you don't have the opportunity to ride long outside, this is a good day to show up and watch a couple movies.

If you need help with your own training plan, there are a variety of resources available.  Cycling is a lifetime sport, so if you think you're in this for the long haul, please talk to one of us about how to train properly.

There is a limited amount of space available for bicycle/trainer storage onsite for team/club members.

If you're interested in racing bicycles with the team this spring, please let Logan know!  Training has already started for most of the team, so you're best off getting in touch even sooner: send an email to [email protected] or post up here.
