Lets hope a couple extra volunteers show up then.

We are using THIS course now, not the sweeping. It actually works out pretty nice, couple extra corners makes it way more exciting.

Ok... so since no one seems to know whats going on besides chad and mario, are we using THIS course now, or are we keeping our sweeping corner in?

Or very north stretch. We rode it yesterday and it is long enough. Very fast and fun course to ride!

In this case our best bet seems to have the start/finish headed south in front of the Ralph?

I heard there was some confusion about the crit course.  The attached picture is the correct course layout as previously agreed upon at some meeting.  I remember because I drew it on the board and Dave called it the "hammer head" course and added the latter half of a shark to it.  We can't use that big curve on the north side of the course because there is a housing development that only has one entrance/exit and we need to redirect that traffic to Princeton.

I will be unable to attend tonight, however, I submitted the appropriate forms to UND parking and talked to UPD.  I'm going to send out e-mails to UPD, Parking and Chris at the Ralph just to remind them this is going on.

Thursday 7pm pending anyone seriously not being able to make it. What are the odds that we can get some of the organizers of the groups interested in volunteering to attend the meeting (probably only the first 20 mins if that)???

Also, who talked to police/parking? Anyone? What still needs to happen with that?

Just bringing this upfront.

That doesn't help in the sense that it offers relatively little information.

1. Have we told her what the volunteers will be needed for, where and when?
2. Has she told her club these details?
3. Have her club's members expressed interest?
4. She needs to circulate some sort of signup or something I'd imagine that lets people know that they will need to be at a race meeting next week thursday at 730pm for a short time.

Have these things been done? Right now all I keep hearing is that you've talked to her and shes interested? I need more than that. This isn't a flake event. We need things done, organized, finalized and my time is EXTREMELY limited for playing games.

People can think I'm being a dick or whatever... too bad. I'm not... this stuff NEEDS to be DONE! It should've been done 2 weeks ago.
