The bike was a gem, Dave! Much better than my yellow and black monstrosity.

Oh serious! I didn't even think about the fact that you'd have used it... it was good though huh? Thats baller! Can't say I ever officially rode it in the snow... but it's teflon coated aluminum, so at least the frame won't rust.

This is fantastic! Make sure we save some of this media attention for when we're saying... this is the type of coverage you get to sponsors.

Also, I'm sure, but have you sent out press releases?

Alright, we (Ali, Sanders, New Logan and I) went down, represented, Sanders got second, he and Ali both won some sweet schwag, and general fun was had by all.  Jason Schaefer also went down to race and helped plug END-IT and Bikecicle (thanks!).

I have no idea if the race made it on the Fargo TV news or not, but we made it into the newspaper: http://www.inforum.com/event/photogallery/id/1950/ and http://www.inforum.com/event/article/id/306880/group/Sports/ (Ali was doing fine talking and then I opened my mouth once, and look what they did).

Tomorrow's the day.  I was hoping there would be more interest in going down, but it's been disappointing.

Hopefully we have a bunch of people doing this. Otherwise, we're just "those guys". Also, perhaps Bill Soeffing will be there officiating. Just a heads up on that...

I will be traveling to this race with Ali.  There should be two (maybe three) spots left in the jeep if you want to come down with us.  Let me know. Early registration needs to be postmarked by tomorrow!

If anyone wants to help hang up posters for this race, I have a bunch to share, sent up by Jeremy!

If you're hanging up posters though, you really should be hanging them up for our race too!

Exclamation point!

Hey Everyone,

I hate mass emails like this, but this is for a good cause. If you haven't already heard, Great Northern Bicycle Co. is putting on a winter bike ride/race the end of January. It's an opportunity for us all to get our bikes out of the garage and enjoy what winter has to offer. Who doesn't like to play in the snow...here's your chance. Attached you'll find an informational poster as well as a registration form. You can save yourself a few bucks if you sign up early. Please pass these on amongst your realms of influence and help us make this an annual occurrence.
