Dang, this article is no longer available.  Would you be able to give us a synopsis?

It was an article about how students work through breaks to pay for college, and then how they work during the semester to pay for college.  IIRC, there were a bunch of quotations to the effect of "I work 40 hours a week and take 300 credits a semester, which makes my life a living hell, but at least I won't have loans to pay off."

I see.  Its an ongoing debate.  I worked and have student loans, it was a fair balance for me and I am ok with that.  I personally see more value in not working excessive hours during school and having more time to learn through extracurricular activities, buts that's just me.

Yea, I guess it just depends on the person. I personally would rather work than have loans to pay off.

That is true.  Did you work full time through school?  Did you feel it took away from extracurricular activities or other stuff?  Or was it just what you had to do?

Loan is no fun.. if you constantly work part-time, you easily can find a job  after graduation. company check your background history and review your resume and then  ;) assume you are hard working and fully motivated.
