Anyone looking for some ZIPPs???
« on: September 11, 2009, 03:02:15 PM »
cbike.com just launched their trade-in program. Seems pretty legit.

I'm not a huge fan of ZIPPs but they ARE super nice wheels. I wonder if other manufacturers will follow suit. Anyways... if you're interested in this go to cbike.com they have all the deets.

My recommendation... as though anyone cares.

Tubulars and another crappy set of wheels (clinchers) for training on. ZIPPs are DEF not daily riders. Especially on these roads.

Well buddy, I just looked at it and , to be honest, that $500 does not do me any good, cause I would still have to drop 2k to get a set from them, and that's way to much!
The minimum number of bikes one should own is three.  The correct number is n+1, where n is the number of bikes currently owned.  This equation may also be re-written as s-1, where s is the number of bikes owned that would result in separation from your partner.

Maybe they'll price match? Lets face it mario... until we graduate from UND and get "real jobs" we'll never be able to afford new and nice wheels. Damn I barely was able to pay for my stratos'

I know, but your stratos are sweeeet and you did not have to drop 2k to get them. In general, I'm just against retail prices. They should be considered a federal crime.
