I told the pedicab folks about tomorrow's meeting.  I have nothing to do with SBS being at the meeting.

Yes. Let's plan a meeting for tonight 7pm and tomorrow (7pm tentative). I'd prefer that the "outsiders" come to the meeting tomorrow, like the SBS folks, pedicab, Greendahl etc. this will give us a day to get our ducks in a row so that we can actually look like the professional organization that we are.

Expect an update on this shortly. (room and time for tomorrow) (The schedulers are at lunch)

Guys...

I think we should split this meeting into 2 days so that we can get the most stuff sorted through. I'm thinking 7pm tonight if you can make it and 7 pm tomorrow if you can make it.

7pm wednesday and thursday. I know people aren't going to be able to make everything (try if you can) but honestly with the interim presidency and then winter break we just need to get things done.

Apologies for the delay... I just got into town yesterday which was a day later than expected.

If people can't make today then its going to be thursday and friday.

I won't be available at all after 4 on Friday.  Considering that outside people would like to come to the meeting, I suggest that Friday night is not the best time.

I would suggest doing club stuff first meeting and team stuff second meeting, but it may not split up evenly.
