We need to have an important race meeting. Perhaps this Wednesday at 6pm or 7pm?

WE as club/team. Dave is actually the one that might have problems, because I've talked to him about meeting this week and he said he was extremely busy this week. Stay tuned.

That blows. Really, he's the only one I need to talk to. The Ralph just needs to know whether or not our insurance covers "non-cycling related incidents". Like, if someone (not even necessarily a cyclist) trips and bites a curb, for instance.
If not, we might have to get coverage through the Ralph's insurer for nominal fee ("probably around $100").
Other than that, if we don't need to actually USE (go into) the Ralph, they're on board.

Our USAC insurance covers everything associated with the event. SO if a spectator is there and they get hurt, that can be handled.
We could try to meet wed @ 6pm. I have class 9-5. I'd prefer 530ish so I can string everything together. This is all pending on whether my partner and I can finish our FMS project this afternoon.

6 on wednesday works all right, but I have class at 7pm so we'll have to be more expeditious than usual with getting to the stuff that actually matters. Sanders, any chance of coming out for just a few mins on Wednesday, we promise we'll keep it short.

It should be really short, talk about the race course and what needs to get done in the nearest future. Short and to the point.

P.S. Mario (or whoever is checking our mail these days), did you see the note in our mailbox saying that our current constitution is out of date with current requirements for student orgs and that we have to redraft it and bring it up to date? This should be brought up at the meeting.

Guys... I can't make this time anymore. I have a flight at 5:45 wednesday night now. Earliest that I would be available would be 7:30 and realistically it's going to be 8pm.

If nothing else works we can meet in the CBI lab in Odegard Hall on Friday at roughly 3pm. I'll be there 3-530, but the only time another tutor is there with me is 3-4. As long as it isn't busy (I'm doubting it will be), we can go over stuff there?

Maybe we should consider changing the time since this one seems to be a problem for a lot of people. Friday at 8:30 is what I would suggest. This would avoid work/class issues for me, hopefully sanders' tests will be done by then, and I wouldn't think that dave would be flying on Friday night. Also, maybe we would want to have the meeting be a get together as well, and we could hold it somewhere more fun than the union.
PS is there nightlife this Friday?

I'm fairly certain there is nightlife this friday. The fun meeting was the ice bike super meeting at rhombus, not that we couldn't do it again...
With the weather... I wouldn't be surprised if I had to fly friday night, tho at this point, I don't have a flight.

Ah, misunderstood again, thought you meant that any of those range would have been a good start time.
At this point I think Friday is the best option, how about 7:30 (should give us ample time to hold the meeting and get to nightlife). It will be a good excuse for me to cut out of work early (cough cough.. I mean... Oh man... I wish I didn't have to leave work early).

Tomorrow at 3 doesnt really work for me, i dont think 8:30 friday really works either because of nightlife, unless it was at 8 or eirlier on friday.

Tomorrow (Wednesday) from 2-3 @ odegard
Thursday 8pm or later or before noon.
Friday at 3pm in the CBI lab in odegard or after 5:45
Also mario... submit still isn't correct, you would say that you would make yourself available. Submit involves giving something to someone, and even though you're giving time it's not technically correct.
