Possible Meeting Times
« on: March 29, 2009, 12:24:29 PM »
Hey all,
When all of this flood business is all done, hopefully with a favorable outcome, we really should have a meeting to try and see what people want to do for next years season.  Some ideas to go over would be a racing circuit (much like this year), a possible touring circuit (get to see some new courses), putting together our own events, or possible collegiate racing.

In order to get any of these things done, we really need to have a meeting with more then three people, so please post a few days and times that may work for you.  When everything is settled back down, we will schedule a meeting at a time when the most amount of people can attend.

In order to get some of the required bookkeeping done for the club, we really need to have a meeting.  Please post some times that will work for you on this board, so we can try and get as many people as possible at the meeting.

Personally, nights (except for Mondays) would be the best for me.  Either that or some weekend, but I know most people do not want to give up their weekends.

I am thinking about scheduling a meeting for a Friday in a week or two at 3:00.  Any problems for anyone?
