Could someone please tell me where I can use my dining dollars?

Sure, you can use your dining dollars at Late Night Dining, the dining centers, and places like the Minard Coffee Shop. 

I also believe you can use them at Cup Of Joe and Cafe Espresso.  I am not sure about the restaurants in the retail dining area in the union.  I think you can use them at about anywhere that the university owns.  I will look into it and see what allows you to use it etc.  Ill get back to you.

Not to steal your job or anything but

Pizza Express, Hoagie Hutt, Caf? Espresso, the Minard Coffee Shop, Cup of Joe at Bison Court and WDC Late Night Dining offer it.  All-American Caf? and Grill and International Cuisine will offer it when they open.  BTW I got my info from http://dining.ndsu.nodak.edu/index.php?action=page_manager_view_single&page_id=4
