- Bikecicle (and NCCCC weekend) funding has been supported by the Urban Development committee but needs to be approved by some other committee too.

- Did Chase discuss with you the tradeoff of making ourselves available to be called as belay help for groups? He said he was going to mention that. The other idea I had recently was to (if we choose to practice at NHRG) open the practice up to community members for a couple bucks (students would still be free) and then split the proceeds with the gym. It's been pointed out that this would mean other people would have to bring in their own bike and trainer every time, so I'm not sure how much "business" we'd get, but just offering that sort of thing would be good advertising for both us and the gym.
- Good stuff. Do you mean dual race or us hosting a race weekend together? Could be RR, TTT in one place (GFK or Fargo) and then Crit in the other?
- Have not even looked at club of the year form.
- While I, too, bemoan the loss of many members who seem to be less involved now that the weather is turning, I still want to point out that we had a heck of a lot of support for the CX series from both inside and outside the club. Those of you who didn't show up, you missed the opportunity to see/be in some good races, win some good stuff, and hang out with cool people.
- I wish I knew how to retain people, but we've been over this before.
