Well I dont have much time to watch TV, but when I do I will typically watch shows on the History and Discovery Channel as well as the food network.  Specific shows include: Myth Busters, Mega Disasters, Modern Marvels, Dirty Jobs, Dinner Impossible, Unwrapped, Throwdown with Bobby Flay, CSI, etc. 

I will watch other random shows, nothing consistently though.

I was thinking we could get some good discussion going over people's favorite TV shows.  I don't know what everyone else watches, but here are mine (in no order):
-Alias (gone :()
-Lost
-NCIS
-CSI:NY
-How I Met Your Mother
-House
-BSG

I usually watch these by downloading them after they air, so there is a little bit of open space in the rotation.  What sort of show would you guys suggest?
