This question is in reference to
this recent blog by Tu-Uyen Tran at the GFK Herald. He makes a good argument, although his idea that "The reason half the population of the state isn't mentally deficient is that most people are smart enough not to get themselves blitzed into stupidity regularly" seems a tad anecdotal. For students in ND, did the law make a difference while you were growing up? Did your parents let you have alcohol, or was it forbidden to even think about? Do you think another "Just Say No" program is going to affect whether or not underage people drink, or will it just drive that drinking underground in high school, the way it's been driven underground in college? What can we do to change the number of deaths related to alcohol in high school and college-aged students?
