Title: Meeting Wednesday at 7pm

Things we need to discuss,

- Get things in order with sponsorship
- Finalize volunteer and race deets
- Is there an interest in night life friday spins?
- Where we gonna train?
- Club of the year form
-Cross Race success!

- other things i forgot about

Can't make it. Realistically I could make some time, but it would be nice to get plans more than 24 hours ahead of time?

I should be able to make it.  I don't think tasting excellent desserts will take longer than 1.5 hours.

Sanders, I'll go with whatever you decide, but having a meeting the day after a cx race might be alot to ask. I'd petition for a wed meeting (prolly couldn't make it until 7 and that'd only be a maybe). But if we do a meeting, get a solid organized thread for it. You won't ever get everyone... figure out who you NEED to be there, figure out who you WANT to be there.

Schedule the meeting around the people you NEED there, and TELL the other people that you WANT to be there to make it work. This club isn't mickey mouse club, if you make a commitment, you've committed. People will figure out a way to make it work and if not, that's fine... UNDCC will be fine and do what we can to get those members up to speed.

That all said, I'd like to add a little spot to discuss "commitment" at the meeting whenever it is and whenever I can make the next one.

All of them are a negative. A gal from the bookstore called me back and said the corporate office has given their budget out for the year. LM and Hugos got no calls back and left a few messages.
