Indictments against President Bush and Vice President Cheney for crimes...

Shall the Selectboard instruct the Town Attorney to draft indictments against President Bush and Vice President Cheney for crimes against our Constitution, and publish said indictment for consideration by other municipalities? And shall it be the law of the Town of Brattleboro that the Brattleboro Police, pursuant to the above-mentioned indictments, arrest and detain George Bush and Richard Cheney in Brattleboro if they are not duly impeached, and extradite them to other authorities that may reasonably contend to prosecute them.

The above piece was voted on in Brattleboro and was approved.  From what I heard it has no legal standing, but an interesting move on the towns part.

Yay Vermont!

Hey, you have to start somewhere.  Some towns in VT have been trying to pass a call for Bush's impeachment for years.  This one creates the amusing vision of Bush and Cheney strolling through Brattleboro one day and getting arrested by the local Police . . .

Not that I know of.  I just saw this on CNN.

I would assume its similar to what you hear other people saying.
