Fargo Banned Indoor Smoking

With 45% of precincts reporting Fargo residents approved an ordinance to ban smoking in all in-door public locations.  At the current time the measure passed 58% to 42%.

60% reporting puts the ban in place with a 60/40% split.  4,455 for, 2,921 against
