Training Schedule for Next Semester!
« on: November 21, 2010, 10:13:31 PM »
If YOU WANT A SAY in when we are going to train next semester FILL THIS OUT PORFAVOR
(This is just an arbitrary week from next semester dont worry about the date just if it is MTuWThFSaSu)

This is going to be the schedule that we train next semester, so fill in the times you are going to be able to train. We potentially are going to be able to training at the wellness center! We just have to get our Schedule cleared with the Mandy, our Wellness Center contact. So what this potentially means is that even if you don't have a bike trainer and/or a bike you will be able to train with us next semester by using the spin bikes!!!!
:headbang:

NOTE: you don't have to train everyday just when you want, but you should still fill out availability everyday.
SIDE Note: but don't fill out days that you don't think you will ever make

Here is the link to fill out your availability for next semester

yes but we will be doing that at NHRG and for a shorter period of time. so we don't really have to schedule it as well. we will probly just post on the board when we will plan on riding for the day

I'm in favor of evenings (I just added myself to the Doodle), but really, if people want to do morning workouts I'm down with that.  Also, on the weekends I'd like to get outside as much as possible, although for people without snow/mountain bikes this will be more difficult.

If we want to do NHRG this week, I can help transport stuff and lock/unlock things.  Keep in mind that yoga will be running from 6-7:30ish on Tuesday.

Ok, on Doodle.  Things may change depending on the unmanned aircraft team meetings and work schedule of course.  X-fit will still be primary for conditioning... I'll have to see how my workout partner Tyler's schedule shakes up.  But there's my schedule for what it's worth right now.

(still waiting on the Ebay dude to send me the silly trainer)

Can we plug a laptop into the projector in the spin room or do we need all the video on DVDs?  If the latter, I need to get burning some Tour footage...

I imagine there is a way, but it would be buried behind the system somewhere or in the ceiling. I mean... in all actuality, you could probably just hook a VGA cable up directly to the projector in the middle of the room?

Lastly, there are now many full length cycling vids on youtube. Such as a sunday in hell.

Sunday in hell- I watched online yesterday.
The minimum number of bikes one should own is three.  The correct number is n+1, where n is the number of bikes currently owned.  This equation may also be re-written as s-1, where s is the number of bikes owned that would result in separation from your partner.
