The North Dakota community level census data has started rolling out and Fargo, Bismarck, Grand Forks, Minot, West Fargo, and others have made huge gains:

Fargo - Population: 105,549, an increase of 16.5%

Bismarck - A population increase of 10.3% to 61.251 people.

Grand Forks - Population: 55,822, a population increase of 7.1%

Minot - A population increase of nearly 12% to 40,955 people

West Fargo - A 73% population increase to 25,830 people

Note that other than Fargo and West Fargo I estimated the current populations based on the 2000 census numbers and the reported percentage increases because the current population numbers were not readily reported online.
