Reminder, 6:30 PM HARD road ride WEDNESDAYS from behind the Ski and Bike Shop.

Ladies-only ride THURSDAYS leaving at 6:30 from behind the Ski & Bike Shop.  Seriously, no matter what level rider you are, if you're a lady you're welcome.  Sometimes the group will split up according to ability, but nobody is going to be left alone.  Think of it as a way to meet other women who are into cycling.

[The ride will be led by an actual lady.  I'm just posting this for her to get the word out]

Summer is always a hard time for UNDCC when so few members are in town.  Some other suggested rides are:

Reminder, 6:30 PM HARD road ride WEDNESDAYS from behind the Ski and Bike Shop.

Ladies-only ride THURSDAY leaving at 6:30 from behind the Ski & Bike Shop.  Show up on whatever bike you want.  This first ride will be a "who are you and what sort of riding do you want to do" sort of thing, so seriously, no matter what level rider you are, if you're a lady you're welcome.

Ladies-only ride THURSDAY leaving at 6:30 from behind the Ski & Bike Shop.  Show up on whatever bike you want (groups will probably split up according to relative speed).  If you're a lady you're welcome, and nobody will get dropped.

Please spread the word folks.

Guys, tomorrow (Wed) I want to do some lower cadence, 70-85, in/out of saddle power riding to simulate climbing.  I was thinking merrifield or thompson and doing the overpass a couple times.  Just some fine tuning.  345 work?
