There was this one, I found mostly on Ogame, but a couple times on other sites, but it was a misquito buzzing around and you had to zap it to win something...it's be all fine and dandy, but it made the most annoying sound ever, I hated it.

I dont have a link for it as I haven't seen it for a while now, thank god.

I remember that one!  There was one at torrentspy last year that wasn't quite as annoying, but it was a girl who would randomly yell out "Hellloooooooooo!" while you were reading the page.

That one will make you jump out of your chair if you have the sound turned up!   :hypo:
