Oh ps criteria is explained as a standard of judgment or criticism; a rule or principle for evaluating or testing something.

i like this one too!
The minimum number of bikes one should own is three.  The correct number is n+1, where n is the number of bikes currently owned.  This equation may also be re-written as s-1, where s is the number of bikes owned that would result in separation from your partner.

We're going to have a problem getting decent quality shirts cheaply before the kid's race.  Even getting them before the end of exams might be trouble.

Someone should put up a poll with the options...

I know why you are biting your tong, and you are right. It was never fully taken care of, but the other thing is where are we going to get money from??We have no sponsors.Do we pay from our own packet and hope we get enough entries to cover it up?Thoughts?

What we would need to do is EXACTLY what was discussed.

We would have to agree on a PC saying. Get an order form setup the same way with the jerseys. Ask people what size they want and how many. Mark it off of the list. Get the money. Place the order.

Simple as that.

I think I misunderstand the idea.The t-shirts we are talking about are for us,club members,not for kids,correct??

I just sent u a PM. But I already have 2 "exclusive" UND Cycling t shirts.

The T-shirts being discussed here I think should be a similar format with a politically correct saying that can be sold to anyone and everyone. Although, currently our only outlet for selling something would be at the Kids race so i dunno.

But the outlet shouldn't matter too much.

We can easily print up some for CLUB/team members as well as some for sale. The CLUB/team members would have to pay cost for their shirts. The ones for sale can be sold at a price voted as being reasonable by the members.

OK people. There is still chance to get these t-shirts for the kid's race. I just talk to the place in mall where they custom make t-shirts.If we make an order of 12 we pay $3.8/side (printing, one color font) + 7.95/t-shirt.We may  also get a discount for the t-shirts, but the guy who was there could not tell me because menager was not there. He told me that in the past they charged $4/t-shirt when people ordered like 15-20 or somewhere close to that.I have the menager's cell so I will call him tomorrow and find out.If we get discount than we are looking at 4+2*3.8 = $11.60/t-shirt.If we want to get the t-shirts on time we need to decide on the text YESTERDAY, and get the money so we can place the order.Dave can you post a poll (I don't know how) of the texts that people liked the most so that we can vote tomorrow?

I personally think that this is WAY too short of a time frame to even attempt to work with to get them in time for the kids race. I just think throwing something together is the motto for this club throughout the past. I would much rather take the time and do it right. We might not make money, but at least we won't look useless.

I think we should focus on ordering some shirts that club members want.

For what its worth...

All those interested post up your ONE favorite PC saying, and your ONE favorite SLIGHTLY non PC saying (this is an open forum).

I will then add them to the poll.

My votes:
Non - PC: We'll put some fun between your legs!
PC: Damn we're sweet.

Well, Greg LeMond once said "It never gets easier, you just go faster."

Even though Greg has proven himself to be a jerk on occasion, it seems fitting.
