your biking experience?

Join Mark McDonald, Cycling Expert from Sheels on an Instructional Group
Cycling class tonight and learn how you can get the best from you and your
bicycle.
        Instructional Beginner & Family Ride
        Monday, June 7 @ 7:00 pm
        Lincoln Drive Park (off Belmont Road & 13th Avenue – near the
        warming house)
        Cost: FREE!
               Learn how to use trail system
               Proper body alignment and seat positioning
               Breathing techniques
               Heart Rate Monitoring
               Pace/Tempo riding
               Using the wind as your friend
               Safety and training techniques

Categories of Cycling
 Beginner:    10-12 mph - Geared toward the person looking for casual
  rides, with the enjoyment of socializing and the great outdoors

 Recreational:   12-16 mph    - Conversational paced rides for those
  looking to meld exercising and socializing

 Intermediate:    16-20 mph - Recommended for those looking for group ride
  with emphasis on training

 (Please bring:  helmet, water, identification...no baggy pants or flip
                                 flops!)
