Experimental Feature: Your Groups
« on: September 24, 2010, 02:06:53 PM »
We're working on getting people quick access to the newest posts from groups in which they are active, but the coding is a little weird.  Nevertheless, you will now find links to your groups at the top of the main page, although the topics might be out of date to some degree.

Update: as you can see, everything is working okay now.  If you want to join more groups, follow the menu to:
Profile
Modify Profile
Group Membership
and select the groups you want to join.  Some groups will require you to be approved before you can see secret boards, your request will be sent to the group moderator(s).

#todo: Insert a "Help!" link next to "Your Groups" at the top of the board so people can read this kind of description.  Write this up through a formal help series of articles through Drupal.

With Quick-Reply you can write a post when viewing a topic without loading a new page. You can still use bulletin board code and smileys as you would in a normal post.
