I could use a BIKE
« on: May 19, 2010, 11:11:41 AM »
Hey everyone, I am looking for a bike to use for the summer!  If anyone has a free bike lying around that they would be willing to either lend out or give to me that would be amazing.  Let me know--    [email protected]

Thanks!

Natasha

What kind of bike (road, mountain, hybrid)?
What size frame (and/or, how tall are you)?

There should be several bikes around, but it depends on what you are looking for and how the bike needs to fit.

Well, I am not so picky to be honest.  I am used to a mountain bike, but anything is better than my feet!  I am not sure about the frame size, I am about 5'5" but I have fairly long legs for my height.  Again, thanks for any help!

I've got a bike in the basement of Leonard Hall that might fit you.  Older road bike, 27" wheels, I need to put the saddle back on and pump up the tires but it should be okay if you want it.

That would be great---can you let me know when you have some time to pump it up and what not?  I am pretty busy, I am here for the summer to do a summer Clinical Lab Science program so its basically mon-fri eight to five.  A weekend would work best for me.

Thanks

I should be able to have everything in order by tomorrow afternoon, and could let you into the building after five if you wanted (maybe not tomorrow, but Wednesday for sure) if you don't want to wait for the weekend.

Terrible weather we're having right now :(

Probably closer to the weekend would work the best for me, my schedule seems to be too busy for weekdays!  I also need to look up where you are located as I am not familiar with campus.  Talk to you soon.
