BISMARCK – A picture and description of the man suspected of robbing a Lisbon bank this week is being displayed on an electronic billboard in Fargo – the first time this has been done in North Dakota.
The suspect was captured on video surveillance at US Bank, where the Wednesday morning armed robbery took place. That image is on the billboard at the busy intersection of 13th Avenue South and 42nd Street, near Fargo’s West Acres mall

... Digital billboards, what will they think of next. It is kinda cool, but a little distracting when you are trying to drive down the road.
