A federal judge who has ruled Fargo’s excessive traffic fines unconstitutional is prodding lawyers to resolve issues that ultimately will answer one big question: How much will the city of Fargo have to pay?
U.S. District Judge Rodney Webb, meeting Wednesday with lawyers to chart a course for a possible class-action lawsuit, made clear he wants attorneys to resolve their differences now that he has ruled on the case’s central issues...

Maybe I will be able to get some money back. Though I always thought Fargo's fines were low, they must have shot up recently.
