The Energy & Environmental Research Center at UND is engaged in massive fraud, creating shell companies with shady characters and selling out patents from under their inventors. They have a shell firm based in the U.K. that is set to sell stock on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange. This company is purporting to own technology that was developed by researchers at the EERC.
This fraud is perpetrated in part by the Director of the EERC, Gerald Groeneweld.
