UNDCC Meeting! 1/14/09

Hello all! Hope everybody is having a good break and is enjoying the holiday season. Just wanted to let everybody know that there will be a Cycling Club meeting on Wednesday January 14th, at 9:30 PM, in the Memorial Room (2nd Floor, Student Union).

!IMPORTANT! Please bring you semester schedules with as we will need them to determine several things (ie. training schedules, who will staff the popcorn sale, who will staff the Spring Involvement Fair).

Hope to see everybody there. As always, if you have items for the agenda either post them here or get in touch with me via other means.

Way ahead of ya Beak. The Icebike race is the FIRST thing on the agenda (not really, but it's on there).

PS, let me know if you need any help with anything organizing the race.

Are you in town right now?  Kim Greendahl wants to meet and I won't be back until Thursday probably.

I'm working on a list of things to cover, I'll post it in the other thread.

Well done Yoster, meeting schedule achead of time- no excuses for anybody that they did not now early enough :P Cannot wait to see you all guys again and get into traing with you :cheers:. I will be back on Friday night. Have a good one!

The minimum number of bikes one should own is three.  The correct number is n+1, where n is the number of bikes currently owned.  This equation may also be re-written as s-1, where s is the number of bikes owned that would result in separation from your partner.

Things to include on agenda (if they are not there already) :
-team message board access
-bike ice race
-race schedule info? (do we know any dates for sure?)
-travel money from SAC
-I knew there was something more...may be later.
