Wednesday Night: Group/training ride

September 3rd @ 5:30 in front of the Union

Road bikes, 25-35 miles at moderate pace

Helmets required.Hope to see you there!
The minimum number of bikes one should own is three.  The correct number is n+1, where n is the number of bikes currently owned.  This equation may also be re-written as s-1, where s is the number of bikes owned that would result in separation from your partner.

I will probably not be riding today, and since the weather is not conducive to getting new riders out there, I can agree with this.  Will you be there to lead the ride?  I will be in Duluth.

Yeah, I'm not going to make it in time so don't worry about it.  On a related note, don't go to grad school.

If anyone is interested in going to MN for some riding next Saturday (just a day trip somewhere), let me know.  When is the next meeting?

AFTERNOON ROAD RIDES

Time & Place: at the Union at about 5:30ish, Mn-Fr (Th is a non-drop Club ride)

What: road bike rides/training rides; I will try to incorporate some hill work, speed and tempo.

This is not an official Club ride, I'm just letting you know that I'll be riding at these times. If anybody wants to join, please send me a personal message. If I will not get the message before the ride I assume nobody could make it and I will not be at the Union. All rides depend on the weather. Hope to see all of you there!! :yost:

TODAY, Mn,Sep 8th I will be leaving about 6:20 to accommodate some other rider that could not make it earlier.

Fridays!

Some comrades and I started up a Critical Mass here.  It's the last Friday of every month.  We meet in Town Square at 6 and ride at 6:30.  Come all!  Children, everyone!  It's a fun, good time.  It's partly for a social movement to get drivers aware of bike riders and commuting by bike.  I bring my daughter almost every month on these rides.

We also meet at the time time, same place for the Vicious Cycles rides.  Just a gang of us taking back the streets.  Hope to see you there, there's a ride tonight! :)
