"Log out and log back in" error - How to fix
« on: August 25, 2009, 09:22:09 AM »
A few people have had this error recently where you try to do something and the board gives you a message like "Your session has expired, please log out and then log back in again," but you can't log out (it just brings you back to a logged-in state).

The solution to this seems to be to clear cache, cookies, and sessions in the browser you are using.  For example, in Firefox you would click Tools->Clear Private Data and select "Cache", "Cookies", and either "Authenticated Sessions" or "User Sessions" (may vary).  Then go to the message board index and try to log in again.

We're looking for a solution to this problem.

Remember also that your authentication information (username/password) work at www.campusdakota.com also, so you can post classifieds, calendar events, and make comments on articles.

With Quick-Reply you can write a post when viewing a topic without loading a new page. You can still use bulletin board code and smileys as you would in a normal post.
