Thursday Climbing
« on: September 20, 2009, 09:01:35 PM »
Every Thursday there is climbing at NHRG which is located in the Grand Cities Mall (on the corner of Washington and 17th).  The cost is $5 which includes a day pass and gear--AWESOME!!!!!!  Feel free to bring your own gear too.  The wall is open 5-10pm and you can go anytime and climb.  Lately, most people climb 6-8pm, but feel free to go earlier and stay later to take advantage of this sweet opportunity.

I will drive to the Student Union at 5:45 and pick up anyone who needs a ride.  I have room for 4 ppl---so you may need to get nice and cozy.  Look for the "white" pontiac bonneville with MN plates.  Just a heads up though- I won't be driving back to campus until 9pm or so.

Did you say that it was free to climb the days of meetings?

There will not be much to climb this Thursday at NHRG. We will be taking down old routes, painting dirty walls and setting new routes for the Saturday competition.

I think we should be able to find the cash to buy some pizza for those that want to help out with the painting or tearing down.

Don't forget to register for the competition while there.
