Transfering email services
« on: August 05, 2006, 06:11:13 AM »
I cant get an @ndsu.nodak.edu email because it says that im already under bsc and i need to contact the help desk (sent an e-mail, its been a week and nothing yet). I took 2 calc classes at bsc, but never used an email account there. Any way i can get my ndsu email account manually?

Humm that is kinda strange.  Have you tried going to enroll.nodak.edu ?  Also, just so you know email addresses are now [email protected] ... nodak isnt in the address anymore.

That is strange that its been over a week and you havent heard anything from the help desk yet, I sent them an email and got a response the next day.  I would either send them a new email at [email protected] or give them a call at 701-231-8685, option 1.  They are always friendly and willing to help.

They are open Saturday 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Sunday 2:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. during the summer.

Let me know if this helps.
