Phi Delta Theta busted for drugs...oops

When Grand Forks police served a warrant at Phi Delta Theta fraternity at UND Tuesday, officers reported finding numerous pieces of drug paraphernalia in plain view, including a digital scale, plastic baggies and a marijuana grinder.

Officers also arrested Spencer Martin Miller, 19, who told told them that all or most of the residents of the fraternity house use marijuana, according to an incident report.

He also admitted to selling marijuana and told officers where they could find drugs in his room.
