Shortly after 6 p.m. Sept. 20, police responded to a report that a man was exposing himself on a sidewalk near the Memorial Union. UND Police Lt. Tracy Meidinger found the man naked from the waist down, wearing just a blue T-shirt.

Police reported speaking with several people who saw [Michael] Holman exposing himself near Memorial Union and Chester Fritz Library. Holman’s shorts and boxers were found by Gamble Hall, Meidinger’s report said.

Holman was transported to Altru Hospital to be evaluated. There, he told a doctor that he’d taken LSD and other illegal drugs earlier that day “because he was bored with life and didn’t know what else to do,” according to the report.
