Dear UND Students,

Student Government has been receiving a number of complaints about Red, White, & Blue Taxi drivers overcharging students who use their Cab Crawler cards. If this happens to you, please remind the driver of the agreed upon price of $3 per single rider or $2 per rider in a group. Refer to your green Cab Crawler card if necessary. If the driver still refuses to accept that price, please remember the driver's name or the number of the cab, and fill out a formal complaint form in the student government office -or- reply to this email with the following information:

* Your name
* Your phone number
* Date and time of the incident
* Description of the incident
* Other riders, if any
* Name of driver/number of cab, if you have this information.

We will be meeting with the owner of the Red, White, & Blue Cab company this week, and will be addressing the complaints that we have received, hoping to come to an agreement about what has been happening and how it will be handled in the future.

I apologize for the problems many of you have experienced with this service, and I hope we are able to improve this for you.

Thank You, and Happy Monday!

That is an unfortunate situation.  Hopefully SG can get on top of it and solve the issue.
