Any ideas on the date and time of the next meeting? Will there be pizza? And Pepsi, which we all know is WAY better then coke?
-
I might even come to a meeting if there is one.
Only if there is Coca Cola though.
-
Pepsi
-
dave, I think there might be a conflict of interest in your vouching for the taste of Pepsi, given that you have a financial interest in the success of the company.
I also happen to know that you used to be a Coke drinker...
That being said, Coke is way better.
Disclaimer: I base this assessment on taste and satisfaction alone. This assessment is not meant to imply any preference for Dave's financial well being.
-
If Dave went out and bought some Coke stock, he'd be set either way.
-
Gotta diversify.
-
I'm afraid you both are wrong, Dr. Pepper is king.
-
Which is actually disagreeing with myself...crazy.

I think the climbing club is defunct. We would gladly host a meeting at NHRG, although I'm not sure what we would talk about. It would be nice if someone was interested in taking over the climbing club during Em's absence.
-
Well, how many people climb at NHRG and how many climb at the wellness? Mostly NHRG?
-
There is a good number of climbers who stick to the Wellness (it's closer for students & cheaper). The climbing club was nice in that it was beginning to bridge the gap between the two different 'communities'.
-
The sooner local climbers stop differentiating between "wellness" and "NHRG", the sooner climbing will be able to grow. Just my .02 People should enjoy climbing because they enjoy climbing, not worry about whose climbing where.
Also, I do prefer the taste of Coke over Pepsi, but by the same accord I prefer Gatorade over Powerade.
Dr. Pepper is part of Snapple's group in the US but it is a coke product in Europe.
-
The climbing club always had meetings on the first Thursday of the month at 8pm. Climbing was free to members, which helped bring climbers in. If you wanted to have a meeting in March, I could send out a mass email to all of the members. Pizza with Orange Slice pop would be the way to go I think, because really who doesn't love orange pop. As far as discussion topics-maybe just have a fun meeting and talk about the upcoming comp? Hey when is that by the way?
-
I move to impeach.
-
Is it because of the orange pop? Because you know that stuff is soooooo good!

I agree Guardrail, we need to convert that thinking into Laplace space so that we can alter it from a partial differential equation into an ordinary differential equation. We all enjoy the same sport, and should be introducing others to it, learning technique from each other, and swapping climbing or Kimberly (Max's mom) stories.

The next competition is April 10th. It will be Escape the Horizontal IX: "?" So far I like, "Rock out with your chalk out" for the tagline. Are you going to make it?

Climbers. They're worth my time.
-
I'm planning on climbing in the comp. Who else is climbing-anyone know?
