They have done this in the past before. Several years ago it was Bandwidth restrictions on campus (they actually thought we could 'survivie' on 200MB/day!) Now, they've fixed that and it's the RPI. I have not doubt that it will all be agreeable in a year or so.

Interesting observation... that would be crazy.
Dont you think NDSU wants their students to be successful?

I see what you mean. It would be a huge pain if you didn't use all your pages. Maybe they should keep the limit but also keep track of how many we use and just charge the 5 cents per page and reimburse for unused pages at the end of the semester.

Yea, I use to do alot of my own printing, but I figured that since I am paying to print 300 pages I might as well get my moneys worth and print stuff.
