That blows. Really, he's the only one I need to talk to. The Ralph just needs to know whether or not our insurance covers "non-cycling related incidents". Like, if someone (not even necessarily a cyclist) trips and bites a curb, for instance.
If not, we might have to get coverage through the Ralph's insurer for nominal fee ("probably around $100").
Other than that, if we don't need to actually USE (go into) the Ralph, they're on board.
