Meeting Thursday at 6:30

Hey all,

We will be having the first meeting of the year, on Thursday*6:30 in the memorial union second floor.
Things to talk about

1.  Bikecicle - We need people to step up and help out with race logistics

2.  Fit Kits - I have ordered a fit kit for next week which should be getting sent out tomorrow (tuesday, 4th)
so whom ever is going to buy jersey, bib, hat, leg or arm warmers need to be at the meeting next week or your more or less out of luck. We also need to get a number of how many people want what, so be there!

3. Training Schedule deets - When are we training? Where are we training? what do we have to bring when we train? Who can train with the one and only 2 x conference champion cycling team (anyone)? All of these questions will be answered

4. Racing - Who wants to race? We will go over what you should do to be a part of the und cycling team, and what you should do if you want to be successful in your first collegiate race season. (We encourage anyone who has even the slightest interest in racing to try it out, even if you have never raced before!)

5. SECRETARY - We need to elect a new secretary of the club. We wil go over more about this position at the meeting

6. Spring involvement expo - Wednesday, January 19th, 2011 from 9 am to 3 pm in the Memorial Union Ballroom

I'd be happy to attend the meeting and help out with the race logistics.  Unfortunately, Tuesdays are a no-go for me.  The wife would kill me if I missed child-birth classes!

Hi James!

We meet on the second floor of Memorial Union in one of the meeting rooms.  Usually it's down to the last minute which one we're in, but you should see some helmets on the table and a sign on the whiteboard.

Note: if you plan on buying Jersey's, bibs, arm warmer, hats, etc. bring a check book or cash to the meeting!! other wise we will come looking for you if you don't pay at the meeting, and may have to take your left eye

Also note the change of time for the meeting!  6:30 PM, upstairs at UND's Memorial Union, look for helmets and/or bicycles.

Sanders, can you add
- deciding whether we want to do shirts for Bikecicle and
- reminding me to double-check a budget for Bikecicle
- paying me back $50 for the USAC club dues
to your list of things for the meeting?

Also mention that we need to calculate interest for holding an officiating class on February 11th.  For anyone else reading, this is still tentative.
