Need to email a large file: Try File Splitter
« on: July 30, 2006, 04:34:32 PM »
Most email accounts limit the size of the file you can email someone.  If you want to email a large file to someone it has been a problem in the past.  To solve this problem why not just split the file into multiple smaller parts, then all you have to do is send the parts in separate emails.

To split the files I would recommend using the free File Splitter http://www.pcworld.com/downloads/file/fid,6938;page,1;c,downloads/description.html
the program will split the file for you, it will also piece files back together.

Check out the above link for more info.

Sounds like a useful program, have you used it yet?  If so does it work very well?
