How do I stop getting forum notifications as email?

As much as we would love for you to hang on every word that comes out of this place, we get that you may not like to be receiving emails all the time.  You have the power to turn this on or off as you see fit.

Turning forum announcement emails off
Go to Profile-->Notifications and Email and uncheck the box next to "Receive forum announcements and important notifications by email."
Remember to click "Save settings" when you are finished.
