I can access everything else; even today on campus I couldn't connect.  I tried to ping port 110 but with no results :(

Is UND being blocked by ISPs?  I know some other University System schools were having issues?

Anyone else having issues with UND's POP email lately?  I can't connect to Port 110, and it looks like forwarding isn't working either, which means I have to check my email through the web browser.  This has been happening for a couple days now.
