If any businesses tell you they would rather sponsor an event than the team for the whole year, tell them about the cx series and see if there is any sort of request paperwork to be filled out.  Also let them know we'll be doing Bikecicle (the icebike race) in February and potentially a collegiate weekend in April.  If we keep track of these businesses it will make it easier to potentially get event schwag in the future.

You might as well get in the habit of carrying around cx flyers as well to show them what we're doing.  Although they don't say Toe'ds on them.  Either Ted or I can print these off in color.

L & M - got a contact "Jeff"
Rhombus - waiting for reply from Yost
Xcel - local number doesnt seem to work (should we go to their GFK location?_
Midcontinent- can't seem to find a local number (nearest one is Crookston)

For midco and or excel, it may be worth just going in. Midco has their office thingy on highway 2 right there. Excel, I have no idea.

Chase said you called him today but didn't say it was you.  You should say it was you so he knows to call you back.

give beeks places to jordan...

so here is what you guys do with this information

1.  You should read up a little bit more on the club in our sponsorship packet (look in the 2010 sponsorship thread).... just to see what we are actually doing and who we are.

2. look up the phone numbers to the companies you guys are assigned

3. Call the places and ask them something along the lines of what i posted in the first post of this thread.
remember:  you are just trying to set up a meeting in person with them
