Mountain bike riding will occur this Sunday. Meet at Turtle River State Park ($5 per vehicle entry fee) at the trailhead at 6:30 PM and we'll all go ride in the woods.

Hosted by the Ski and Bike Shop. New peeps, as always, are welcome.

Ladies-only ride THURSDAY leaving at 6:30 from behind the Ski & Bike Shop. Show up on whatever bike you want. This first ride will be a "who are you and what sort of riding do you want to do" sort of thing, so seriously, no matter what level rider you are, if you're a lady you're welcome.

[The ride will be led by an actual lady. I'm just posting this for her to get the word out]

Guys, tomorrow (Wed) I want to do some lower cadence, 70-85, in/out of saddle power riding to simulate climbing. I was thinking merrifield or thompson and doing the overpass a couple times. Just some fine tuning. 345 work?

The weather looks like it will be nice this afternoon, I am going to ride, I will be at the Wellness Center at 3:30 PM, I will see how I feel during the ride to see if I want to do a 20 mile ride or a 30 mile ride, anyone is welcome to join me
