I need to do front-squats at the gym shortly, and then the sprints I didn't finish last week.  Will be heading W on HWY-2.  Eager to try out the new kit on my yet-untuned-for-spring bike.  two-one-three three-4-4-eight if interested.

Looks like the front will get hear noon-ish so no-go for frontal assault.  Instead, lets plan on a flood-patrol (no-drop) ride at 5:15pm.  We'll leave from the union, head south along 42nd down to 62nd, then head east to check out the flood.  Return via Belmont with a stop or two along the Greenway to check out more flooding.   I may bring the camera along to take a few pix.

I have been informed by the wife that I'm on my own for dinner.   Anyone up for food after the ride?

I won't be able to make it tonight (one more day hiding from my cold and getting work done as a result), but have fun!

Is anyone interested in a morning ride tomorrow?  I can't go in the late afternoon because I'm volunteering at NHRG, but I'd like to get out more than once this week.

No-drop road ride today leaving at 5:20 from the front of Memorial Union, UND.  People wanting a harder ride can work in some intervals, otherwise we'll just go out and do whatever pace is necessary.  Any and all are welcome to come along, especially if you are doing the race this weekend and want some tips.

ALSO: Required volunteer meeting for the race weekend on THURSDAY at 6 pm on the second floor of the union.  Click here for more details.
