Hey, get in contact with Ken Morgan from KNOX radio.  He just picked up a new Rans for cheap.  He had an E-Bike, and yes, they're defunct and the one he's got isn't in amazing condition, but he'll probably drop it for a real deal.

Yea, I can imagine. I saw a Bike-E recumbent for sale on the Fargo craigslist. But after some research found out they are no longer a company, and has an issue with their back supports having a faulty part... It was at a decent price (Around 350 or so I believe)

I wish I could find one for less than the price of a new one, as its hard to swallow the 1200 dollars or so to get into something you're not sure will stick.

Recumbent's are awesome, unless you have to work on them. Ever try to put one in a repair stand? Pain in the ass.

As much as it pains me to admit it, none of the UND kids ride 'bents.  We can only hope that one of the local riders watches this board and knows someone.

You might also ask at Ski & Bike.  Recumbent riders do exist in this town, I just have no idea where.

If anyone knows of anyone looking to unload a recumbent, I'm interested in picking it up. I'm looking to get into riding one, along with my father.
