1. Spring Semester Treasurers Workshops
Tuesday, January 25, 2011 – 6pm – Student Involvement Office
Wednesday, February 23, 2011 – 4pm – Student Involvement Office
In order to be eligible to request funding from the Student Government Standing Committees this year, a member of your organization is required to attend. If your treasurer is unable to make this time, please send someone in his/her place. If you attended one this past fall you do NOT need to attend a spring workshop.
2. Fundraising List
Many organizations have expressed interest in opportunities for fundraisers. Our office would like to compile a list of what the various organizations do around campus as fundraisers. We would also like to know ideas which you may have that could help other organizations fundraise. This information after being compiled would then be added to Blackboard and sent to all organizations on campus.
3. Spring Involvement Fair
The Spring Involvement Fair will be held on Wednesday, January 19th, 2011 from 9 am to 3 pm in the Memorial Union Ballroom. This event is a great opportunity for student organizations to advertise and recruit new members for the upcoming year. Each organization has the opportunity to reserve a table, on a first-come first-serve basis. Each organization interested in participating needs to complete the attached form and return it to the Student Involvement Office by 4:30 pm on Friday, December 10th, 2010.
